Payroll tax table revision date is not updated

Hi everyone,

 

I have a problem with payroll tax table revision date. I don't know why, mytax tabe revision date is still 2014Jul.  I used to adjust the amount in the payroll mannually, and I finally couldn't bear it anymore. 

 

I have processed payrolls countlessly and certainly in this financial year, but the table is not updated automatically. 

 

How can I update the table if it is not updating?

    Since the tax table isn't updating, this could be due to software not being up to date. Here are a few steps to help with the issue:

     

    • Check the Software Version: Ensure that your AccountRight software is up to date. You can verify this by going to Help > About MYOB AccountRight. This will show you the current version you are using.
    • Short Date Format: Another thing to check is the short date format on your computer. Make sure it is set correctly, as this can sometimes cause issues with updates. You can check this by going to Control Panel > Formats.

     

    If the above workarounds don't work, make sure to reach out to our support team directly on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via MyAccount.
