Payroll Team APP - issue

Hi,

 

We ahve been using the Team appf or some time and now one of my employees can not longer see his timesheets that he has submitted.  He can see the approved ones  but nothe current timesheet.

 

Yes, he has done the following with no luck

  1. turned of the phone and turned on
  2. made sure the updates are done on the phone
  3. uninstalled and reinstalled the app
  4. installed the app on another device - same problem

This happened to a previous employee who is no longer with us.

 

Now a different employee, we want to use the app as it cuts down admin time.

 

But we need a fix for this.

    I checked and couldn’t find any reported cases like yours. It’s best to contact support about the timesheets not showing up on your employee’s app. You can request support through the MyAccount window or use the live chat on MOCA.

      Hi,

       

      I was experiencing issues with MYOB teams yesterday. When trying to log in, it was telling me that I don't have access rights, then I restarted my computer and I was able to log in, but then couldn't see certain employees or their timesheets that were previously visible.  

       

      Today, my client's employees are having the same issue, they can't log into the app!

        Hi Haich_01,

         

        There are few reasons why you might be experiencing issues logging in and seeing employee timesheets in MYOB Teams. If you're seeing a message about not having access rights, make sure you're using the correct credentials. For timesheet visibility, ensure that employees are set up with the necessary authorization permissions to view timesheets. See this link about MYOB Team for more information. You can also try deleting and re-adding the employee records in MYOB Teams. If the issue persists after doing this, it’s best to reach out our virtual assistant MOCA or create a ticket through MyAccount for further help.
