Payroll

Having issues recording payroll today. Processing pays as normal, allows to save and close and then come back. However when proceeding to record, takes a long time and it times out so you retry event...

    It is happening to our payruns as well. Was there any reason that they told you that we could try and fix? Ours has duplicated the entire payrun.

I rang payroll they are aware of issue and working on it, they were able to fix mine so if you have 40min to sit on hold they can resolve over the phone.
