Payslip emails

Hello,

 

over the past month, not all staff are receiving their payslips.

MYOB shows the green ticks in the emails sent section and none have been rejected.

 

It's not the same staff either that  have reported not receiving payslips.

 

Has anyone had this same issue please?

    We did have an issue regarding the delays in receiving emails including invoices, pay slips, and statements, and we are glad to say that our team has resolved this issue today.
