Payslips not showing hours or hourly rate

Hello

One of our clients is experiencing difficulty with the information printed on payslips.  Information shown varies from one employee to the next and from one payweek to the next.  Some show hourly rate and hours paid and others don't.  The discrepency is random.

    Hi KathMehon,

     

    The information shown on pay slips is only based on the payroll categories that are linked to their card file. You'll need to check those payroll categories linked to them to make sure they have the correct one. You can also reach out to our support team directly on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via MyAccount so they look into it.

      Thank you Doreen for your response.

      The most difficult issue relating to the payslips is the randomness.  Sometimes the payslips print with hours and rates and other times they don't.  The fact that in the past they have always printed out with hours and rates and now they don't is the issue we are trying to address.
