Payslips showing have been emailed but not showing in sent folder

Hi the past few months some employees havent been receiving their payslips. Even though I select them to be emailed in the "Print/Email Pay Slips" screen they dont show up in the "Sent emails" screen...

Thanks for your post, and welcome to the MYOB Community Forum.

 

To further assist you with this, please let us know if you are sending payslips via AccountRight or Outlook. If employees did not receive their payslips, kindly resend them. Also, you may try resending the payslips through your email address to see which employee payslips you will not receive and which you will receive.

We are sending from within AccountRight, not Outlook, so the confidential payroll information isn't visible to other staff members who have access to our email boxes.

 

I'm sorry but I can't work out what you're trying to suggest here: Also, you may try resending the payslips through your email address to see which employee payslips you will not receive and which you will receive.

 

Could you maybe rephrase that sentence please?
