To further assist you with this, please let us know if you are sending payslips via AccountRight or Outlook. If employees did not receive their payslips, kindly resend them. Also, you may try resending the payslips through your email address to see which employee payslips you will not receive and which you will receive.

We are sending from within AccountRight, not Outlook, so the confidential payroll information isn't visible to other staff members who have access to our email boxes.
