Hi, H-TS
Thanks for reaching out.
Kindly rename the pay slip form you are using when emailing the employees as it should not have any invalid characters such as "[ ] ! # $ % * ; = @ <>\ _ { } ^~`". Once removed, please try sending the pay slips again if they will now show up in the Sent Emails area.
Best regards,
Doreen
That would make sense if no payslips were making it to their recipients. Anyway, that file name is PAYS0712 so there are no invalid characters to remove.

Hi, H-TS
Thank you for updating us.
Thank you for the update. We've verified that there are no invalid characters in the pay slip form, and there are no issues in the 'Sent Emails' window.
For a thorough investigation, we suggest using our virtual assistant, MOCA. You can access MOCA through this link: https://www.myob.com/au/support. Simply click on "Contact Us" to start a chat with MOCA.
Best regards,
Doreen

Yeah nah. I don't think Moca has ever been able to answer a question I've asked. I wasn't the original poster, I was simply saying we had the same issues. Which we've accepted are just one of those things on the ever growing list of why I've started to hate using MYOB after about 25 years... I can't believe it's not fixable but at the same time I am no longer surprised that MYOB developers can't be bothered investigating properly and fixing these types of issues. I'm not going to waste any more time on it.
