Payslips showing have been emailed but not showing in sent folder

Hi the past few months some employees havent been receiving their payslips. Even though I select them to be emailed in the "Print/Email Pay Slips" screen they dont show up in the "Sent emails" screen...

That would make sense if no payslips were making it to their recipients. Anyway, that file name is PAYS0712 so there are no invalid characters to remove.

Thank you for the update. We've verified that there are no invalid characters in the pay slip form, and there are no issues in the 'Sent Emails' window.

    Yeah nah. I don't think Moca has ever been able to answer a question I've asked. I wasn't the original poster, I was simply saying we had the same issues. Which we've accepted are just one of those things on the ever growing list of why I've started to hate using MYOB after about 25 years... I can't believe it's not fixable but at the same time I am no longer surprised that MYOB developers can't be bothered investigating properly and fixing these types of issues. I'm not going to waste any more time on it.
