Processing payrolls in advance

Thanks for your post. As far as AccountRight goes, process the pay runs as normal selecting the applicable pay periods and payment dates. If wages are paid weekly, process these pay runs weekly to ensure PAYG and super are calculated correctly.

If you pay employees electronically with an ABA file you can future date the electronic payment transaction. However, not all banks adhere to future dated bank files so you will need to check with your bank.
