RDO balance is not showing in the payslips

Hi MYOB Team, When RDO balance is not showing in the payslips although I have checked on the suggested box and carry remaining entitlement box. Thanks

Thanks for your post.

 

In order for the RDO balance to show up on pay slips, kindly check if the box "Show leave balance in pay slips" is ticked. To check it, go to Payroll > Payroll Categories > Entitlements tab > Click the RDO entitlement > Tick the box "Show leave balance in pay slips" then hit OK. Please refer to the screenshot below.
