Welcome to the Community Forum.
If you have the final indicator ticks and the report has been successfully finalised from the software and sent to the ATO, you will need to speak to the ATO.
I would first make sure that the report has been accepted without errors, If the report is accepted with errors or rejected, undo finalisation, resolve the errors and then finalise. This will also push it through again to the ATO.
