Thanks for your post, and Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum.
When you tried to process the timesheets, did you receive any error message? Also, kindly check the steps provided below to see if everything was set up correctly.
- Go to the Setup menu and choose Preferences. The Preferences window appears.
- In the System tab, select the I Use Timesheets for [...] and My Week Starts on [...] preference.
- If you want to use timesheets to record:
- activity slips as well as payroll information, select Time Billing and Payroll from the I Use Timesheets for [...] list.
- payroll information only, select Payroll from the I Use Timesheets for [...] list.
Please also check if the employees are hourly or salary as timesheets can be submitted for hourly employees only. Secondly, go through Getting started with MYOB Team Help Article and ensure every step has been followed. The main thing to check would be if employees are added correctly under their managers.
If nothing helps, delete the location and re-enter it again in the Locations tab as that has happened to resolve the issue for some users.
Lastly, kindly delete the existing timesheet and then re-enter it and try to submit it again.

Hi Doreen,
Thank you for your beedback, I have already done all of these suggestions, however I have done again.
We still have to employees who cannot view ther timesheets. When I processed pay roll last week there hours were in ho[ever and error did appear (only on the 2 with issues) and then had to delete and create timesheets for them.

Thanks for getting back to us.
If a timesheet has been recorded and saved, then it should be visible the next time you log in and should definitely be visible in the MYOB Team admin portal. Approved timesheets should also be visible for employees in the MYOB Team app by going to their profile and selecting Timesheet Records.

Thank you for your query.
When I processed payroll last week, i could process the timesheets as normal. However the problem we still have is that two of my employers cannot view their timesheets in their app.
We have removed the app from their phones, checked for upgrades ion their phones, reinstated the app and nothing has fixed this.
To see if the phones are the issues we set one of the staff up on another phone and set the app on it and still they were unable to view the timesheets.
They can both view payslips and use the app as normal, except to modify timesheets.
We would really like this storted as I am manually having to rectify if there are any issues with their timesheets. I also have them supply a hardcopy of timesheets for me to review.

I understand that you are still having an issue with two of your employees who are unable to view timesheets, just to confirm, this works on your other employees and only the two employees experience this issue? and they were not able to modify it.
I agree with Doreen_P's response to your post. If the timesheet has been recorded and saved, it is visible on the MYOB admin portal and once approved, it should be visible to the employee in the MYOB team app. Sorry for trying to follow the steps that we provided but still it your employee is unable to access the time sheet. I would recommend checking this Help Article: Timesheets. This includes more information on the timesheet and also to serves as your reference.
