From the menu bar select Command Centre > Payroll > Prepare Payment Summaries. You need to do this before you process your first pay for FY 2023. Once you process the first FY 2023 pay, MYOB silently changes the payroll year to 2023 and clears all the 2022 payment summary data. You would need to use a restored backup.

The PAYG payment summaries don't report ATO reporting categories so won't be suitable to provide as STP Income statements. Also worth mentioning that the STP Summary of payments report is not a payment summary and can't be submitted to the ATO. As the ATO prefill myGov accounts the Summary of payments could be different to the myGov amounts.
