Hi GT16, 

 

I get that you need to gather data from previous financial years to calculate the correct leave amounts. If you're talking about the payroll activity report, you can customize it with date ranges to suit your needs. If you're using the same file from previous years, the data should show up without any problems. If you run into any issues, you can restore a backup from past years to get the data you need.

Thks for getting back to me promptly and thanks for your help.  I have generated the Activity report with the required dates and it gives me the hours to work on.
