Thank you for your post.
1. Unfortunately MYOB Team does not have the ability to link Salaried employees to Timesheets, but if this is something that you would like to see I recommend making a suggestion on our Ideas Exchange.
2. You can only have one approver for each employee. A workaround is you could temporarily move the employee from one manager to the other. To do this you would open the Location, then highlight the employee and select Reassign employee to.

Re Approving managers: We have discovered that it is possible for an Administrator to approve the timesheet (hours submitted) for employees under an approving manager.
