It's difficult to pinpoint the exact reason why the error message appears with just the error message. I recommend opening the employee record and navigating to the Payroll details section. Then, open the Leave tab and click Save. This action updates the background information, which may resolve the issue and allow the pays to be recorded. If the issue persists after following these steps, it may be best to reach out to support for further troubleshooting. You can create a ticket from the MyAccount window or use live chat through MOCA.
