Finalising Payroll

ATO Report correct, MYOB Report incorrect.

My ATO Year to Date verification report total for Jobkeeper does not match the MYOB Payroll Summary Report.

I have narrowed it down to one employee - although he was paid Jobkeeper during the year it shows as zero on their Payroll Register Detail report (yet shows correctly on ATO Summary of Payments).

I have checked their pays in MYOB and they are coded correctly.  I have also completed a zero pay run but this has not fixed the problem.

Please advise what I do next.
