Hi lynwong
Our teams investigations into that error indicate it is caused by out-of-date Windows versions and security certificates. To confirm if this is causing your issue check the diagnostic log for the following error:
System.Net.Http.HttpRequestException: An error occurred while sending the request. ---> System.Net.WebException: The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel.
If the diagnostic log shows that error make sure Windows and security updates are completed. You can also try putting your company file online to report STP.
If the diagnostic log contains a different error please provide a screenshot of that log so I can assist further.

Hi lynwong
Can you please check if the diagnostic log contains the following error:
MYOB.Huxley.API.HuxleySingleTouchPayrollServiceException: (SingleTouchPayrollServiceError): Error while trying to post pay event to 'https://pay-event-publisher.payroll.prod.myob.com/payevent' ---> System.AggregateException: One or more errors occurred. ---> System.Net.Http.HttpRequestException: An error occurred while sending the request. ---> System.Net.WebException: The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel.
If it does, your issue relates to out-of-date Windows versions and security certificates. To resolve the error we recommend making sure Windows and security updates are completed and that you are using a supported version: System requirements
If your file is not online, you can also try putting your company file online to report STP. Please note, if you have transitioned to STP Phase 2 your company file must be online to report STP.
skihappy has also provided some great advice for resolving this issue.
Instructions for getting the diagnostic log are in this post: AccountRight log locations
If the diagnostic log contains a different error please provide a screenshot of that log so that I can assist further.
