User access not working for 1 staff member

Dear Support Team,   One of our staff members are unable to access the MYOB file online, even though I as the Administrator set him up on the cloud MYOB file and then sent the Invite. Other members...

Hi Shanti

Probably staying the obvious here but did your new user open the email from MYOB and "Accept" the invitation?
