    Hey jennielo1,

     

    You're right— reviewing each super fund individually would be time-consuming with a large number of employees. Instead of checking each one manually, a more practical approach would be to process super payments in smaller batches. This way, you can narrow down which batch contains the inactive super fund and pinpoint the issue more efficiently. If this doesn't resolve you issue with super, make sure to contact our support team directly on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via MyAccount.
