Remittance email bounce back

Hi Team,

Hello,

 

For some of our contrators, remittance emails keep bouncing back saying: Diagnostic code - Rejected.

According to the IT team, the reason is most likely that their email address is black-listed by MYOB.

 

How can I know please, if this supplier's email address is blacklisted?

    HI Netstrata,

     

    I'm sorry for the late reply, and thanks for your patience.  It looks like the supplier’s email address may need to be reviewed on our side. To get this sorted, reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account and provide the supplier email address that’s bouncing back, along with the error message or diagnostic code if you have it. Our Support team can check whether the address has been blacklisted and, if needed, have it whitelisted for you.
