Remove a job from payroll transaction
I have incorrectly allocated withholding amounts to jobs in Online account right. How do I remove the jobs from these payrolls.

Once a payroll transaction has been recorded you would not be able to edit the job costings for that transaction. You would be looking at deleting or reversing out the pay as per Help Article: Changing a recorded pay and then reprocess without the jobs being listed or updated.
In saying that, depending on the reason for the job change you could look at removing the impact of that job through a journal entry. An example of that journal is listed below:
The above journal will reduce the value of the wages and salaries account for that job but overall not impact the account balance.
