View PDF Button is missing
View PDF button on employee details is missing and only for our new self-onboarding employees, the issue is with AccountRight Desktop and I have gone to the browser version and it's not there either. Hi, I've been using MYOB payroll for several years now and every time I add a new employee I set the standard pay hours to 0. MYOB payroll will then set this back to 38 in the payroll run and then add this to their clocked on hours meaning that an employee who works 10 hours gets paid for 48. I ensure I double check every employee I add to ensure their standard hours are set to 0 bit it still happens every time. I use Tanda for timesheets and rosters and I have seen this problem in other forums but no resolutions. This is costing me thousands of dollars a year and seems to be a MYOB payroll issue for several years now given the number of posts regarding this. When I process payroll for my companies employees, if they work a full standard week; they accrue 2.923 of Annual Leave and 1.462 of Personal Leave. This does not display on their pay slip. It only shows 2.92 and 1.46. This is incorrect. How can I fix this in MYOB so the pay slip shows the exact amount they have accrued per pay week and YTD? Also, the entitlement reports (balance and detail) both only show the 2.92 and 1.46 instead of the actual accrued amount as per the pay run, which is 2.923 and 1.462. I've set up my payroll tax as per the attached setup and trying to run a payroll tax report for July 2025 to December 2025 and it's showing the total wages but has N/A for the Taxable wages. It's showing Payroll Tax Rate as 4.75% but showing Tax Payable as N/A. What have I done wrong? Hi - Our workers work a 40hr week. Get paid for a 38 hrs week and accrue 2 hrs each week for a paid RDO. I have an employee who would like to cash out some accrued RDO hours for cash instead of taking the leave. How do I complete this process? Do i need to set up a new payroll category or can I just use our current 'RDO Paid' category. Do they need to accrue additional annual and sick/personal leave for these CASHED out hours? Hi Folks, I had a payroll issue last year, the MYOB people logged in and ran a script over my payroll database to fix an issue, but created an even bigger problem. My details in the payroll card file has been overwritten with my wifes' details (who is also an employee), so my DOB, TFN, employee number are now my wifes DOB, TFN, employee number. Consequently, my earnings and tax info is going on her STP account, as well as her own. How can I fix this without creating another employee file for myself? One of our employees took annual leave for 35 hours for this payrun and come along with 35 hours of Annual Leave Loading. However, the Calculation Rate of AL loading shown with the big figure of $11401143 which is definitely incorrect. Even though this big figure is not actually used in the final pay but it is very confusing to show on the payslip. Could anyone advise me how/where to fix the problem? I'm looking for a solution to deducting extra monthly PAYGW amounts for an employee. They want to increase their PAYGW amount to cover the Medicare Levy Surcharge charge at end of year and I cannot find an appropriate tax or deduction option that maps this correctly for STP purposes.
