Pending authorisation
My clients paid additional superannuation manually. I have reversed the last payroll and reprocessed it to include the additional superannuation. This now shows as pending authorization. How do I fix this as it is already paid? This pay does not show on the YTD verification report, is that because the super has not been authorised? Hi guys I'm trying to report the RFBA (under section 57A) for an employee who had $0 pay in FY26 but I requires the RFBA component $2800 (grossed up value) to be reported as part of STP finalisation for FY26. to do this- I processed a $0 pay run and also temporarily removed the termination date so I could update this under the STP finalisation section. However it keeps prompting an error message..'something went wrong..' any idea how to fix this? Thanks heaps37Views0likes1CommentPayroll - First payrun in new Financial Year times-out
I have tried to process the first payrun in the new Financial Year, which "times-out" at the point of recording. Pay period 23/06/24 - 30/06/24 with payment date 04/07/24. System hangs for approx 4 mins after selecting "Record". System returns with error message of "Retry" or "Cancel". Selecting "Retry" results in the same outcome. Only option is to select "Cancel". Payroll is then not recorded. The same problem occurred last FY and was not resolved by MYOB until Friday. Case reference from last year was 01372663 & 01373520. Have tried clearing Cache.Solved1.1KViews0likes45CommentsView PDF Button is missing

This has occurred this week. Is there a bug again?159Views0likes4CommentsMYOB Payroll adds 38 hours to standard pay
Hi, I've been using MYOB payroll for several years now and every time I add a new employee I set the standard pay hours to 0. MYOB payroll will then set this back to 38 in the payroll run and then add this to their clocked on hours meaning that an employee who works 10 hours gets paid for 48. I ensure I double check every employee I add to ensure their standard hours are set to 0 bit it still happens every time. I use Tanda for timesheets and rosters and I have seen this problem in other forums but no resolutions. This is costing me thousands of dollars a year and seems to be a MYOB payroll issue for several years now given the number of posts regarding this. Please advise on any current resolutions or work in progress. Thanks in advance.77Views0likes1CommentSaving Payroll in Batches

When I process payroll for my companies employees, if they work a full standard week; they accrue 2.923 of Annual Leave and 1.462 of Personal Leave. This does not display on their pay slip. It only shows 2.92 and 1.46. This is incorrect. How can I fix this in MYOB so the pay slip shows the exact amount they have accrued per pay week and YTD? Also, the entitlement reports (balance and detail) both only show the 2.92 and 1.46 instead of the actual accrued amount as per the pay run, which is 2.923 and 1.462. How can I fix this also?54Views0likes1CommentPayroll tax report
I've set up my payroll tax as per the attached setup and trying to run a payroll tax report for July 2025 to December 2025 and it's showing the total wages but has N/A for the Taxable wages. It's showing Payroll Tax Rate as 4.75% but showing Tax Payable as N/A. What have I done wrong? I have changed the wages figures for confidentiality.170Views1like6CommentsWhy is AccountRight calculating incorrect PAYG tax for one employee?
I have one employee whose PAYG tax is higher than expected even though their pay rate and tax settings match the others. I have checked the tax table and payroll categories but the issue keeps happening. What else should I check to fix this?104Views0likes1Comment
