Thanks for laying out the full situation clearly. There aren’t different steps to reverse and reprocess a super payment, even if the employee has been terminated. If you’re using AccountRight, you can follow the reversing superannuation payments link instead. Before you reprocess the payment, make sure you’ve updated the employee’s super fund details first. Once the new fund details are in place, you’ll be right to go ahead with the reversal and reprocess the payment.

Unfortunately I still hit a road block and web chatted with one of your colleagues. Between us and Google we worked out the problem was because the employee had been terminated. Once that was reversed the procedures provided in the link worked.
