Reversal of super payment

Hi I have been chasing issues with super for a few weeks and have finally found an employees super payments have been returned to my account for 4 payments. I have looked at the revesal of super payment information but i dont know if i should reverse the whole payment as a batch or just for the employee that has failed and reverse the payments individually?

    Hi AMY 

     

    Assuming you used the Pay Superannuation function within AccountRight to pay super, you will need to reverse the entire Pay Super transaction(s), then re-process the paid and returned amounts separately.
