Thank you for your post. In AccountRight we uses entitlement payroll categories to track your employees' leave balance. If you have process an incorrect pay, you'll need to reverse a pay. Once the pay was reverse it will record a negative pay and you'll need to reprocess the correct payroll again. If reversing and reprocessing pay doesn't work you can manually adjust the incorrect leave balances by recording a void pay to adjust the leave balances.
