Reversed pays' super are not showing in Create Payment. Have been waiting since August for an answer from MYOB!

Could you please advise what is the solution for the above?

I have been given the wrong advice to create a pay run with $0 pay and -ve super guarantee. This created a duplicate entry on the super payable.

I cannot believe NO ONE can give the correct solution after some many attempts with different contacts in MYOB by sending screen shots in private chats and online chats going over and over the similar conversations for the SAME ISSUE.

Wasted so much of my time and still CANNOT fix the problem.

This is so ridiculous and frustrating how an issue which others have encountered from what I read on the Forum but there is no answer that works!

I really have to say I am very disappointed with MYOB! Especially you cannot get help for such a simple query! And it has taken me 2 months trying to resolve the issue working with MYOB!!!

Are there any real specialists or problem solvers in MYOB?

So that I can look into this further with you, can you advise if the super had already been paid, then the pay run was reversed? If not, please provide further details of your exact issue.
