To help you out, could you please confirm which version of Windows you're currently using? It's important to make sure it's one of our supported versions. You can check our system requirements page for more info on compatible operating systems (Australia | New Zealand).
If you're not on a supported version, we recommend reaching out to your IT provider to update your Windows version and ensure all updates and security patches are up to date. Alternatively, you can also access MYOB via a modern browser like Firefox if you upload your file to the cloud. This way, you'll have access with updated certificates.
