Salary Sacrifice of Super not coming off Gross Payment For STP Finalization

I have a client who is trying to finalise their 2022 STP through MYOB Accountright,

 

They have 1 staff member who Salary Sacrifices super.

 

The ATO reporting field was originally going to Gross Wages, they corrected this to go to the RESC on the ATO reporting category then reversed and re processed these payroll.

 

We have also tried to run a NIL payrun to fix this but it still not reducing the gross wages by the sacrificed amount.

 

Can you please advise how to fix this issue?

    Hi Kristyh1 

     

    See ATO help article re salary sacrifice here - with Phase 2 gross needs to be the pre salary sacrifice gross (as this is what Super Guarantee needs to be paid on).
