I'd be happy to help.
Would you be able to send me a private message (hover over my avatar to click the link to send me a private message) with your company GUID (Open your file in the browser, and once logged in, copy the URL which will have the GUID in it) as well as the email address used for the employee you were having an issue with.
As ELC-Leo mentioned, we identified a bug with deleting and resending, which we released a fix for just prior to Christmas.
Could you also please send me details on the specific steps you took, and when it occurred?
