"sign up to pay super" - code cannot be verified

Hi,

 

We have this problem for signing up to pay super. Can anyone help?

    Were you able to receive your new 1-cent verification code? And proceed with your application to Pay Super Please let me know if further assistance is needed.

      Yes. The new code is working. I asked the business owner to sign up this time.
