Error Message when signing up to Pay Super "Whoops, we've hit a snag"

Hello I have two clients trying to setup pay super but both are receiving this error message.  

 

"Whoops, we've hit a snag"

 

Can someone please assist with this.

    Sorry to hear you are both having difficulty signing up to Pay Super. If the problem is still happening, please send me a private message (mouse over my avatar and choose 'Send a message') with the following information, so we can look into it for you?

     

    - Serial number

    - Business name and ABN

    - The email address the user was logged in with when signing up to Pay Super

    - At which step did the the user experience the error message?
