SMSF Error

Hi Team,

 

i have sent up the SMSF for new employee and the attached massage pop up and all the time and doesnt let me pay his super.

 

Can you please help?

    I appreciate you providing the error message, and my apologies for the delay in responding back to your query. I'm here to help you resolve this error. 

     

    The error message indicates that the fund details may have become corrupt. Can you please attempt to set up the SMSF fund again? Once it is set up, you will need to assign it to the employee card and process the superannuation. 

     

    You will get a warning about the name existing. You just need to add a number or letter to the end of the name. Once this has been created, please go to the employee card file > Payroll Details tab > Superannuation tab and assign the new Super Fund. You should then be able to process the super. 

     

    Please let me know how you go.
