I wanted to bring to your attention that payroll software we are using has been experinecing errors in its calculation. Alsthogh i have informed the support team about these issues, but we are still encountering random errors. Specifically , the program is incorrectly calculation the gross pay by using incorrect salary rates. Our salsasry rates are supposed to be permanent , but the program randomly changes them.
