Yes it has been happening again over the last month or so and only just last week I had two staff who had no changes to to their card files pop up with the standard pay issue. This actually ended up being processed but not paid as I realised but then had to do reversals etc and it is just an absolute pain in the neck. If I had less experienced staff working on this it could have been a nightmare.........surely this is a permanently fixable issue as its been happening for as long as I can remember 15 years or more on the desktop version? Crazy.....
