STP 2

still getting errors when submitting forms to ATO with a nil balance payslip due to staff member having 2 super funds.

I'm sorry to see that no one has replied to you yet. So that I can assist can you please provide screenshots of the error codes you are getting for those STP reports.

 

You can use the Microsoft snipping tool to create screenshots and click on Photos to upload. Make sure sensitive information is removed from screenshots prior to posting on the Forum.

Heloo Tracey.  thanks for following up.  I have remembered to capture the message received when processing payroll.  if you can check it and advise.  thanks

    Hi Trishd 

     

    When you get that warning message click on Update details to view the error. Or go to the Payroll reporting centre>>Reports tab>>click on a report to view any errors. Can you then send me the error code and error description?
