Recommend to check that the termination unused holiday pay has an ATO category assigned.

Yes that is the greed button to update the new ato category for STP
Recommend to run this before your next payrun to ensure this has resolved the termination issue.
As for amending an IAS manually, yes you can override the figures imported.
