STP duplicate lodgement

Question

When My Manager tried to pay PAYG in ATO website he realised there are duplicate lodgements for the same payrun which have been accepted. After I reviewed my pay run there is no duplicate payments. can anyone advise how can i fixed this?&nbsp;I am unable to reserve the pay because there is only one pay run. additionally, I have no idea how it could be lodged twice.&nbsp;
