Single Touch Payroll (STP) lodgement delays to ATO

Although MYOB is now saying STP lodgements to the ATO has been resolved after a problem, my payruns lodged this afternoon haven't been received by the ATO.

Is anyone else still having issues with the ATO not receiving notifications and when will I see then accepted in the Payroll centre.

Thanks,

Sam

  • Hi Sam_L and office77,

I appreciate your reaching out. I understand you're worried about the Single Touch Payroll (STP) lodgements delay with the ATO. We recently had an issue with STP lodgements, and we're glad to inform you that our team has resolved it, and lodgements are now successfully being sent to the ATO. However, because of the backlog, it might take some time for all lodged payruns to be processed and received by the ATO. You can check the latest status here. If the payruns you lodged this afternoon haven't been received by the ATO yet, it's likely because of this delay. Therefore, there's no need to worry; they should be accepted at the payroll center soon.

Feel free to post again anytime you require further assistance.

    Kind regards,

    Shella
