Hi LauraF1,
It’s a good idea to double-check whether that pay run is actually flowing through the reports and STP.
I’d recommend:
- Running the Payroll Activity report to confirm the figures for that employee/pay period, and
- Running the YTD verification report (in your STP reporting area) to see if the same pay is showing there.
If the pay isn’t appearing in one of those reports, it usually means it wasn’t recorded correctly or wasn’t included in an STP event. You can reach out to our back-end to team for more help. Hi Earl,
Thank you for your response. Yes I have run the reports and can see that it is included on the STP. However as the staff member then deleted the payroll in MYOB the STP is over stated.
The only way I can think of correcting this would be to run another payroll for those staff members as a negative, report it to the ATO then delete the payroll from MYOB.
Unsure of any other way to fix it?
