If the figures were not able to be picked up by the ATO, we highly recommend checking the payroll reports, such as payroll activity, payroll register, and Year-to-date verification report. Also, make sure that all payroll category used on the pay run is assigned to the correct ATO reporting category. For further information regarding this, you may check the Help Article: Assign ATO reporting categories for Single Touch Payroll reporting.
