Hi all,
Is this issue going to be rectified?? I just tried to process payroll using desktop version, I was told my organisation is not registered for single touch payroll, tried the browser version, and it allowed me to complete declaration.
When will this issue with the desktop version be rectified, was working last week, but not since update?
So this is still happening 4 days later???!!! This is a pretty serious and problematic issue MYOB. Just tried to send my STP info as well and its still not working. Yes, I pay my employees on a Sunday and NO support available until Monday from MYOB. Perhaps this should be moved to the top of your list of priorities Monday morning, as the ATO isn't very flexable when it comes to their demands....
