STP Report not matching PAYG

Hi   The ATO is reconciling PAYGW based on the amounts in the 'STP reports'   The STP reports includes PAYGW for deleted & reversed payruns so the PAYG is overstated as it includes double-ups.  ...

    Hi there AC8,

     

    Regarding the way to correct the STP report amounts, since your Payroll Activity summary matches the YTD Verification report, you're all set. Just double-check the Payroll Register report to make sure the figures are correct. If everything looks good, go ahead and send an update event to get the correct figures over to the ATO. In addition, you can check this link for more information about STP reports that don't match and how to send an update event.
