STP reporting for July 2023 prefill to the ATO does not match MYOB reports

Just checked the prefill on the ATO Tax Agent Portal and it doesn't match the MYOB payroll report amounts.      I have taken into account the salary sacrifice amounts and checked the categories.  H...

Hi Domster & jogillis, if you have balanced the payroll correctly in your MYOB file and you are confident your source transactions in your MYOB are correct, I would override the accurate figures in the portal and keep your reports saved if it was ever queried.   The pre-fill is a new feature and bound to be glitches while they refine it over the coming months.   I hope this helps.
