I am getting a similar problem.
PAYG tax is balancing G/L vs Payroll Activity report, but not balancing to STP verification report tax figure.
can anyone help?
If you have checked that the payroll categories are assigned the correct ATO reporting categories as per
- AccountRight reports don't match STP reports , follow the given steps and let us know how you go on :
1)If there are any terminated employees, unterminate them.
2) Send an Update event to the ATO.
3) Go to the card file for all the employees>>Payroll Details>> Pay History>>Year to date and check if figures are correct.
4) If yes, send another update event.
5) Check all the reports now.
6) Terminate (if applicable) and finalise the employees again.
