STP

My last pay to STP went through with no amounts.  Now my employees are missing a pay in their eoy report.  How to fix this?

Hi Kerrie4 - thanks for your question.

 

There's a couple of reasons this might occur - take a look at this help article which includes info about checking some reports to find the issue: STP finalisation
