Subcontractor pays

I have a regular ABN Sole trader Subcontractor he has asked tax to be taken at payment and remitted by us . I also pay his super. I have set him up as an employee as labor hire employment basis. He h...

To know if you still need to change the employment basis of of your subcontractor, it would be best if you reach out to your accountant for any advice. However, you can also check this link on how to change the employment basis.
