I’m sorry you’re still having to ask a former employee for the authorisation code each week, that’s not ideal. If you’re a current Pay Super Administrator, you can update the number in MYOB by going to Settings > Payroll settings > Superannuation payments, then editing the relevant Pay Super user’s mobile number. The user will then receive an email to verify the new number. You can find the full instructions here: Changing your Pay Super payment details.
If you can’t access the Pay Super settings because the former employee is still listed as the administrator, please reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account for help updating the Pay Super access. Once the new number is updated and verified, future authorisation codes should be sent to that mobile.
