Super Guarantee not calculating properly 12%
My employee just brought to my attention i wasn't paying the 12% super guarantee MYOB is calculating 11.5% How do I fix this it says Minimum require rate (12% of gross) 12% of $595 = $71....

Thanks for sharing the screenshot. You can check the payroll categories assigned to the employee, as one of them may be marked as exempt from super, which could be causing the 11.5% calculation. If everything looks correct and it’s still calculating incorrectly, reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account so we can check and investigate further.
