OK MYOB. I have done what you asked. Now the super has bounced back AGAIN. I will not be using your platform to pay my husband's super (my SMSF)-it is clearly defective. Payments made via the SBSCH get through without difficuclty...and have done so for 5 years! Check your case 03007638-to which I have received zero input from you.

I can see how frustrating this has been for you, especially after you've already put in the effort and it's still bouncing back. Just a heads up though, for us to properly pick this back up and dig into what's causing the issue with your SMSF payments, you'll need to reply directly to the original email linked to your case. That'll reopen it on our end and make sure it lands back with the right team to investigate further.
